- Cancellations made 7-13 days before the activity: A 50% refund will be issued.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the activity: Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided due to preparation and staffing costs incurred.
If you wish to reschedule your booking, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the original activity date.
